  <p class="sqsrte-small">Carl has spent the better part of his entire career running his own agency.</p><p class="sqsrte-small">Since founding Anomaly with his Partners in 2004 he has been responsible for the guardianship and evolution of Anomaly's proposition in an ever-changing, sometimes turbulent but always stimulating, industry.</p><p class="sqsrte-small">As importantly, with Anomaly surging in the U.S. and overseas, reinforcing the core principles, beliefs and values that underpin the six offices – from LA to Shanghai – is a key focus.</p><p class="sqsrte-small">Prior to founding Anomaly, Carl spent four years with TBWA as the Worldwide COO and CEO of its New York office. Whilst there, he drove both growth and change, and, even more pertinently, looked ahead at the ideal model for ‘the network of the future’.</p><p class="sqsrte-small">His experience in New York was a consequence of him selling his first successful agency start up in London to Omnicom/TBWA and relocating to the States.</p><p class="sqsrte-small">As part of his interest in advancing the entire industry, he also spent six years on the Board of Effie Worldwide, with four years as Chairman, helping champion the practice and practitioners of effective marketing.</p>

  <p class="">Karina spent six years as Partner and CEO of Anomaly New York, as well as two years as Partner and Global COO – leading a period of sustained evolution and growth.</p><p class="">In her current role as Partner and Global CEO, she continues to work closely with Carl Johnson (Founding Partner &amp; Executive Chairman) leading key clients, strengthening Anomaly DNA in international offices, and continuing the company’s evolution at the forefront of the industry.</p><p class="">Formerly, Karina was the Managing Director of Fallon London, and successfully grew the agency from startup to a Top Ten agency, winning Campaign’s UK Agency of the Year (twice) and becoming the most creatively awarded agency in the world (Gunn Report).</p><p class="">In London, Karina plays a key role in the UK industry, including being part of the Training and Development Exec for Women in Advertising and Communications London (WACL) and being a member of the industry body's Client Services Committee at the Institute of Practitioners of Advertising (IPA).</p><p class="">Karina is an Exco Board Member of Effie Worldwide, Chair of Effie UK Council, a Founding Member of TimesUpAdvertising, and a longtime member of Women in Advertising and Communications London. </p>

  <p class="">Formerly, Mike was a Creative Director at Wieden+Kennedy Portland, where he served as the Co-Creative Chief for the agency's cornerstone Nike Account from 2000 – 2006. During his tenure, W+K Portland amassed more awards than any other agency in the United States including two Agency of the Year honors. Importantly, Nike's business grew exponentially during the course of those six years.</p><p class="">Mike joined Anomaly as the Global Creative Officer where he has been for the last 19 years working with clients like Bud Light, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Converse, and more.&nbsp;</p><p class="">Mike has been recognized throughout his career for creative excellence. He has won numerous awards at the Cannes International Advertising Festival (including 2 Grand Prixs for Nike and Diesel), D&amp;AD, The One Show, Art Directors Club, The Clios, and CA.   <p class="">Franke joined Anomaly over 15 years ago. He started in the New York office as a junior account person with the ability to span the traditional and digital world, guided by a keen commercial mind (he holds an Economics degree from Columbia University).&nbsp;</p><p class="">Five years later he became the youngest ever Partner &amp; CEO, charged with opening the Toronto office, which soon became 100+ people. His responsibilities expanded in 2017 to also lead the New York office as CEO.</p><p class="">Having started an Anomaly office from scratch, run another with 300+ people, spent years leading Intellectual Property Development and managing major blue-chip brands, it’s fair to say he’s ‘an Anomaly’ through and through.</p><p class="">His enthusiasm and hunger to take the agency to new heights makes him the perfect leader of a mix of talent from wide ranging disciplines, united by an ambition to do something special they and their clients believe in.</p>

She most recently served as Chief Strategy Officer at Decoded Advertising for three years before returning to Anomaly New York as Head of Strategy in 2024. No stranger to Anomaly’s change-agent mission, Val previously held positions as a Group Strategy Director and Strategist for the agency throughout her career.</p><p class="">She has spearheaded innovation, upstream brand positioning, and creative campaigns at agencies and consultancies Mother and Wolf &amp; Wilhelmine for clients including Nike, Bacardi, and Microsoft, among others.   <p class="">Jeff joined Anomaly in 2024 as managing partner and chief creative officer in New York. He arrives from TikTok, where he held the position of Head of Brand and Creative. Prior to this he served as the VP of Creative at Peloton. During his tenure on the brand side for both tech giants, Stamp restructured the in-house creative models, helped architect the brands’ evolving positioning strategies, optimized design principles, managed partner agency relations, and led the development of all brand campaigns, new product and innovation launches as well as in app and partnership marketing.</p><p class="">Whether as a global creative leader, agency chief, or tech-side expert, Jeff has led some of the world’s most recognizable brands from every side of the business, creating award-winning work of all shapes and sizes. Always a believer in the transformative power of creativity, she has led innovative work across nearly every industry for clients including JPMorgan Chase, Verizon, Mondelez, Jose Cuervo, NY Lottery, IHOP, Petco, Allstate, and HBO. Her leadership has helped clients launch new products, gear up for IPOs and deliver sustained growth - and has earned her teams numerous accolades, including awards from Cannes Lions, One Show, Super Clio, D&amp;AD, and Effies.</p><p class="">Prior to Anomaly, Lauren spent three years working as a Managing Director and Head of Client Engagement at Deloitte Digital, growing their credibility in the agency space and helping them become a Cannes Lions Top 10 creative company. Her work at Deloitte also deepened her expertise in creative business transformation, innovation, and technology.</p><p class="">Lauren lives in Fort Greene Brooklyn with her husband and two teenage sons.   <p class="sqsrte-small">Prior to joining Anomaly, Kevin was the Global Creative Director for Urban Outfitters – one of the most successful urban/youth retailers in the United States and Europe. In a seven-year tenure, Kevin helped shape the brand holistically, including exterior signage, retail environment, digital design, packaging, posters and promotions, book and catalog design, labeling, and products (t-shirts, apparel, lifestyle product graphics). Kevin also led the acclaimed music program, oversaw the brand's PR and marketing, and the corporate design for the umbrella company Urban Outfitters, Inc., (Anthropologie, Free People and Urban Outfitters).</p><p class="">Prior to Urban Outfitters, Kevin served in a variety of diverse roles including Design Director at Stussy Worldwide, Art Director for filmmaker Spike Jonze's Girl Skateboard Company, US Art Director for Tokion Magazine, and Senior Designer for Nike Inc., where he was responsible for branding several big-time college and pro sports franchises.</p><p class="">Kevin produces two clothing lines; one for 2K, called Atlantis and the other under his personal namesake, NATURAL BORN – both are distributed globally.</p><p class="">Kevin is also a practicing artist and creator and his work has been shown worldwide including solo shows in Philadelphia, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Paris, Hong Kong and Tokyo. He also has created murals in many major cities using his iconic Monster characters.</p><p class="">Kevin’s cultural influence and significance is diverse, including regular collaborations ranging from Colette to Karl Lagerfeld to Stance to Nike.</p>

  <p class="">Los Angeles born and bred, Josh has led the creative department of Anomaly Los Angeles since 2018 - leading audacious work for General Mills, Expedia, Jimmy John’s, Uber Eats, Oculus Quest, the Los Angeles Rams and more.&nbsp;</p><p class="">Before joining Anomaly, Josh spent 6 years at 72andSunny LA where he led record-breaking global launches for Activision's Call of Duty franchise, launched the HERE TO CREATE global brand platform for adidas, and reinvented the Carl’s Jr. brand by introducing Carl’s Jr. to their fictional founder - Carl Sr.&nbsp;</p><p class="">His launch of SpielBurgers - a series of Steven Spielberg themed Carl’s Jr. cheeseburgers - earned both an endorsement and a Spielberg-directed cease and desist from the man himself.&nbsp;</p><p class="">Previously, Josh spent 5 years at Deutsch LA, where he was responsible for the relaunch of PlayStation's PS3 through the long-running Kevin Butler character - PlayStation's fictional VP of Everything - and the multi-award-winning ode to video gamers everywhere, "Michael".</p><p class="">Josh is married to his high school sweetheart - his words not hers - and together they're raising two adorable children and one certifiably insane labrador.&nbsp;</p>

  <p class="">Amanda Fève rejoined Anomaly as partner and Chief Strategy Officer at Anomaly Los Angeles.</p><p class="">A longtime Anomaly veteran, Amanda first joined Anomaly in 2012 as head of planning for Amsterdam and grew her department of one into a multi-disciplinary team, working with clients including Bulgari, Converse, Ikea, Johnnie Walker and T-Mobile. Most recently, Amanda served as global chief strategy officer at TBWA\Media Arts Lab in their Los Angeles headquarters.</p><p class="">Amanda started her career in New York at the height of the dot-com boom, spent seven years in London expanding her Franco-American worldview, and put down firm roots in Europe when she moved to Amsterdam in 2010. In her time at JWT, BBH, and Wieden &amp; Kennedy, she helped create campaigns for every continent but Antarctica for clients such as Coca-Cola, Barclaycard, Vodafone, Domino's Pizza, Diesel, Kellogg's, Kleenex, Unilever, KFC, Listerine, Tanqueray, and more, picking up some lions, pencils and other prizes along the way. She is a strong proponent of effectiveness, having won an IPA Effectiveness award and helped BBH to win IPA Effectiveness Agency of the Year and APG Strategy Agency of the Year. And she is an avowed nerd, who thrives on the endless opportunities for learning that a career in strategy creates.</p>

  <p class="">Natasha has been at the forefront of introducing brand strategy into the world of innovation helping clients re-imagine white space business opportunities.</p><p class="">Prior to Anomaly, Natasha was a Partner and Strategic Director at Redscout, an Innovation Consultancy, where she led the strategic development of new business ideas, brands and products across diverse clients such as Johnson &amp; Johnson, PepsiCo and Diageo among others.</p><p class="">Prior to Redscout, Natasha served as part of the senior Strategic Planning team at Kirshenbaum Bond, working on marketing and communications strategy for brands including Edward Jones, Meow Mix, and Equal. In addition, she has global brand strategy experience on everything from Heinz to JP Morgan.   <p class="">Throughout his career, Christopher Neff has been able to sit at the forefront of new modes and systems for delivering branded content and storytelling. Recently he joined forces with powerhouse Anomaly, as their Global Head of Emerging Experience and Technology.&nbsp;</p><p class="">In this new role, Neff will accelerate Anomaly’s innovation offering with an eye toward continuing to move the agency and their clients deeper into Web3. Prior, he served as VP, Creative Technology and Innovation at cross-cultural creative agency the community, where he used methods and technology to materialize products and ideas at the intersection of science and creativity.&nbsp;</p><p class="">Throughout his career he has received over 100 industry awards from Cannes Lions, The Webby Awards, D&amp;AD, The FWA, The One Show, Clio Awards, The Shorty Awards, CSS Design Awards, and Awwwards. Most recently, he served as co-creative lead on Samsung 83X, the Metaverse property launched in Decentraland this year.&nbsp;</p><p class="">His expertise and experience directly applies to Anomaly’s clients and the future of the business. They have been innovating in Web3 for over two years. This move toward emerging platforms and experiences plays a critical role in the agency’s ongoing commitment to disrupt the norm.&nbsp;</p><p class="">Beyond Anomaly, he also sits on The Ad Council’s UX committee, serve as a founding member of Web3 collective Pesky Union working on their first NFT project called Mole Patrol, and has previously worked with AdFellows as an agency mentor to push DE&amp;I within innovation and creativity. He holds the position of marketing advisor for Million Marker, a Y-Combinator startup centered on biological testing of plastic exposure and other contaminants in humans.&nbsp;</p><p class="">Neff fits the ethos of Anomaly because it sits on the bleeding edge of where brands meet new methods, technologies, and experiences.   <p class="">Shannon joined Anomaly as Global General Counsel in 2020.&nbsp; In this role she guides business, production, and operations teams across the network to mitigate risk, strengthen legal positioning and maximize the value of Anomaly.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p class="">Before joining Anomaly, Shannon spent 5 years as General Counsel of progressive advocacy and marketing agency Blue State, and 10 years as a commercial litigator at Hughes, Hubbard &amp; Reed.&nbsp; Shannon's passion is generating solutions and enabling collaboration for organizations large and small. She serves as board president of a Brooklyn nonprofit and advises numerous nonprofits and community initiatives pro bono, and loves mentoring the next generation of legal talent.   <p class=""> Erika joined Anomaly in 2017 and built the production department at Anomaly LA from the ground up. Her role expanded in 2023 to Head of Production, Anomaly US, working across both the Los Angeles and New York offices. She has built a unified production capability for all different types of work with scale and craft that spans the coasts. </p><p class="">Erika has produced groundbreaking creative for the likes of HOKA, Buffalo Wild Wings, Expedia and more.</p><p class="">Prior to Anomaly, Erika spent nine years at Wieden+Kennedy Portland, where she produced award-winning work for many of W+K’s clients. Some of her more notable projects include the P&amp;G Olympics “Thank You, Mom” campaign from 2012-2016; the Nike “Find Your Greatness” campaign, featuring "Jogger"; as well as work for Samsung, Coke, and Old Spice. Before her time at Wieden+Kennedy, Erika worked on the production side as a freelancer in Los Angeles, working her way through the production ranks before switching to an agency role.</p><p class="">Erika has participated as a category judge for AICP for many years, serving on the curatorial committee for two years. </p>

  <p class="">Will is driven by the idea that ‘creative’ and ‘media’ are two sides of the same coin and that deep connectivity between the two is the surest path to success.</p><p class="">He cut his teeth in the media department of Wieden+Kennedy NY and strategy department of Droga5, planning media and developing strategy for Nike, Heineken, Chobani and Prudential.</p><p class="">More recently, Will lead communications planning at 'creative media agency' Noble People. There, he developed strategy for brands like PayPal, Venmo, Honest Tea, Glossier, and Slack, and earned the company AdAge's Small Agency of the Years honors three years running.&nbsp;</p><p class="">He joined Anomaly in 2017 as Head of Communications strategy in NY. After years developing that department into the powerhouse it is today, he took the next logical step in introducing Anomaly’s first media offering in late 2021.</p>

  <p class=""> Jennie Peters joined Anomaly in 2024 as Senior DEI Manager, Anomaly NA covering our NY, LA, and Toronto offices. She is a seasoned DEI professional with experience providing support to several industries. </p><p class="">Previously, Jennie spent nearly five years at Davis Polk &amp; Wardwell, where she was a key driver of the DEI team and played an internal and client-facing role. She was responsible for ensuring the success of the firm's 500+ associates in the US and Europe, and externally, she consulted with the firm's clients on DEI strategy and programming. </p><p class="">Jennie holds a certificate of Diversity &amp; Inclusion through Cornell University. She graduated from the University of Missouri with Magna Cum Laude honors and degrees in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate and in International Studies with an emphasis in French. </p>

  <p class=""> Originally from Ireland, Finnian moved to Paris when he was 18 and has been exploring ever since. He's led national, regional, and global accounts from London, Shanghai, New York, and LA. </p><p class="">He has a passion for unlocking insights to ignite business impact through creativity, and many of the campaigns he's led have been award-winning. After building experience in many categories from within ‘creative shops’, he spent the last few years in performance marketing, focusing on channel integration and the application of data/analytics to drive campaign effectiveness.
